This is the first year I had my taxes completed by Howes Tax. Before, I dropped off paperwork, signed and my filing was sent. Not the same experience with Howes Tax. Mark not only prepared my tax documents but he showed me how to save money next year. There is an undeniable balance of listening, caring and advising. I feel fortunate to have found Howes Tax. After two previous tax preparers made grievous errors on my taxes, I did careful research before choosing a new tax accountant. I needed someone who had current information on RDP filing. Also, in 2011, my Social Security number was stolen and used fraudulently to collect a refund. I was relieved to have Mark's assistance to guide me through dealing with the IRS and FTB. I am very satisfied.
