Mark Howes, E.A.
Mark is a Boston native who has lived in San Francisco for 20 years and counting. He lives with his dog Max in Bernal Heights facing the beautiful city of San Francisco.
Mark graduated from Connecticut College with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Religious Studies. He then went on to obtain his Associates Degree in Accounting Management at Bentley College. For 25 years Mark has provided excellent accounting services for a wide variety of business - from small boutique firms to large corporations - while preparing taxes in his personal time. When he obtained his Enrolled Agent (EA) license in 2003, Mark decided to take the leap of faith and go on his own to provide tax and bookkeeping services. He then joined a small financial services firm located in the heart of the Castro and worked vigorously for three years to provide the same services, until deciding to move back into his own practice, which now enters its 15th successful year.
Mark is passionate about his work and the services he provides his clients. He endeavors to give each of his clients the best services he can so that they can better understand the finer details of their financial situation while continuing to rest assured that they are in qualified, focused and dedicated hands. Aside from enjoying his work, he enjoys the great outdoors, fine wine, his family and his friends and simply enjoying life and all its adventures.
Mark is an active member of the CSEA, NAEA, NSA, NATP, and his Connecticut College Class Group.
